XP Office Excel importing CSV Files
Either: format the cells to show more decimals and leading zero
OR; rename the file to *.TXT and import this; more control over formatting (it seem that 0850.1000 is not a real number for you - ie no arithmetic will be done on it) so you could keep it as text. future reference, use news:msnews.microsoft.public.excel.misc for questions on Excel -- Bernard V Liengme www.stfx.ca/people/bliengme remove caps from email "Keith" wrote in message ... I am attempting to import a CSV file and when I open the file in Excel I need to have the zeros not be removed from the entries that are made.
