How do I increase the size of my Query
The number of columns can be increased up to 255, but I don't believe the
default can be changed. You can select multiple columns at one time and then use the insert Columns menu item to add that number of columns. == Click on the narrow gray bar at the top of the column and while holding down the mouse button drag left or right to select multiple columns == Select Insert Columns from the menu John Spencer Access MVP 2002-2005, 2007-2010 The Hilltop Institute University of Maryland Baltimore County Gary wrote: The default number of columns on my Access database is 24.
