Default excel cell text input

I use excell to build a batebase up, and I wish in certain columns to have
the first character to be in uppercase, how do I do that?
I am a newbie.

ASAP Utilities, a free Add-in available at www.asap-utilities.com has a
feature that will do this nicely.
