Default Trying to send email with windows mail or outlook, won't configure

Can someone please help me configure this thing!!! I can send a regular email
through Windows mail with no problem. I cannot configure Outlook, even though
I am using the same info as I used in windows mail. And, most importantly....
I cannot send a Publisher email in either one!!! What in the worl am I doing
wrong? They won't go directly to windows mail, even though I have it as my
default mail. They continue to go into Outlook even though I have it NOT as
my default. They won't send from Outlook, And when I import them into Windows
mail, they won't send. Arrrggghhhh!

I am running windows vista... please help!

You will be far better off sending your message as a PDF attachment. Or
composing the email in Windows Mail or Outlook. All the tools are in these
programs.
You can change the Publisher document into a .jpg and send that way, but it
still will be an attachment.
See, Tools, Options, Web tab, Email...

If you have 2007 there is a save as PDF add-in by Microsoft.
https://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...displaylang=en

If you have an earlier version there are free PDF converters.

Thanks Mary...
However, I don't want my potential clients receiving an empty email or one
directing them to open an attachment. These are leads that I receive through
another web site... and Folks just don't open attachments if they don't know
the sender.

I really need it to open as amessage.

Is there another program other than publisher that will do this???

Can you not compose the message in Outlook or Windows Mail or Outlook Express as
HTML? It would look the same as if you did it in Publisher.
Many folks have HTML emails disabled. Any picture will arrive as an attachment.

those same potential clients who won't open attachments probably will not
accept HTML emails either.

A well-phrased subject line will help. One with lots of exclamation points
and all caps is a sure-fire way to end up in the trash can though.
