Default Setting default search engine in Outlook

Outlook used to use Google as the default search engine in my Outlook. Now,
for some reason, it is using Yahoo Search. I don't want Yahoo, I want
Google. Please advise as to how I can get Google Search back as my default
search engine in Outlook. Thank you.

You set your search program IN the search program. It is not an Outlook
option.

Milly, I don't think you have Mircrosfot Outlook, i.e., Mircrosoft Office.
It is not like the normal Outlook Express, etc.

Let me see, I have been a Microsoft Outlook MVP since 1999 - I think I know
the difference between the 2 programs.

OK. Sorry. But in MIcrosoft Outlook there is an Icon for Search, right nest
to the mini-window for typing in URLs. If I click on the globe icon for
Searching, it defaults to Yahoo, when it used to default to Google. Maybe I
am not making myself clear as to my problem, or...maybe, just maybe...it's
that I'm just a man.

In my last reply, I did apologize for what appears to be bad. It is not a
bad attitude, it is frustration and no one seems to know what is wrong.

Now...I went into the Registgry and deleted ALL references to Yahoo. Now,
when I click on the Search Icon, I get an error message that I have not set a
preference to Search in the ;World Wide Web Search'.

Thanks.
