Default My Computer doesn't run Ms-Dos why is this?

Well my new computer doesn't really work with Microsoft 97 and i m wonder why
this isn't working. It come up with a error sign saying that the computer
doesn't run ms-dos.

I don't think you're understanding the error message correctly.
I'm not sure exactly which error message you're seeing, but as a
guess, see http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=324767 "Error
message when you install or start an MS-DOS or 16-bit
Windows-based program". If that's not the right error message,
write back and QUOTE THE EXACT ERROR MESSAGE YOU GET.
