Default Outlook 2007 Calendar tracking not accurate

Saw a few other calender tracking issues and never really a solid answer.
Have Exchange 2007 SP1 and Outlook 2007. Have a user who is so mad that all
of her meeting requests do not appear to be tracking properly. Saw a hotfix
that said it was for this but then it said the product was not found.

Anyhow, I have seen that the Request a Response obviously must be checked.
The response must also apparently be opened in order to update the tracking.
Finally if a response is not sent then again obviously tracking will not
update. so does the above seem like all is working or is there a more
accurate way to get the tracking status updated.?

Another thing that I need to add as this may be causing this we do have some
users on a blackberry server. I guess if they accept a meeting on their
blackberry it will not send a response and update the calendar tracking.?
