I created a form and I would like for the header to
appear on each page that I print. I went into the
property and set header and footer to all pages but that
does not work. When I print preview the header appears
only on the first page. Can you tell me ehat I'm dong

Did you use the form header or the page header? You need to use the
latter. Actually it's seldom a good idea to print forms anyway. That is
what reports are for.
