Inserting a hyperlink
My database users are not very computer-savy and find the
insert hyperlink process confusing. Does anyone have ideas on how I could simplify it at least so that they don't have to go to the menu or right click to get the "insert hyperlink" option? |

Inserting a hyperlink
Hi CS:
What specifically are you looking up? If you are looking for a particular file, you can add a hyperlink column into your table then have Access lookup the file and then list all files found for that record. A very neat trick... you can download a sample form from my download URL in Yahoo: http://briefcase.yahoo.com/alborgmd Download the: "Use of Hyperlinks Form" This may be useful to you...
