Cannot use my company logo in `send letter to contact' word template
I'm migrating my contact management to Outlook 2003 from Act! 6.
The only obstacle I have come up against is that while in Act! sending a fax (by fax modem) with my logo .gif using a MS Word template is a dream, it is not apparently possible with Outlook. I've modified the `contemporary letter' template but read on MSKB that it does not do graphics. I'd appreciate any ideas. |

Never use the New Letter to Contact Wizard. It works very poorly and does
not permit things like logos or boilerplate text. It has been abandoned in current versions. Just create the document you want to Fax in Word and Print it to the Fax printer. Use Word's Insert Address function to add Contact information to it. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "BT-Steve" steve-atremovetheobvious.todd.cn wrote in message ... Thanks, I've done that and it works just fine. The migration I talked about
was ahead of moving to Office 2007 so I'll best run the evaluation copy of it to check other aspects. "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote in message ... Never use the New Letter to Contact Wizard. Outlook 2007 no longer has the "New Letter To Contact" Wizard.
