Default display multiple email addresses of one contact in outlook 2003

I have contacts that have multiple emails, however only the first email in
the field Email1 appear in the address book. So when I want to address an
email to someone using their email2 or email3 address I have to go to
contacts click on email2 or email3 and copy and paste the address to my new
outgoing message.

Is there a way to show all email addresses at one time for a contact?
iE;

So when I go to that contact I can see all addresses without having to
change to Email2 or Email3.

Thanks

That's exactly what the Outlook address book view does. It displays every
electronic address for every Contact. If yours doesn't, you'll need to give
us the steps you used to corrupt it. Did you, for example, install Outlook
as an upgrade without creating a new profile?

When you double click and open a contact listing you see in the top right of
the window (E-mail... with a drop down arrow). This shows the main email
address of that contact, this is where you need to use the drop down arrow to
view the E-mail2 and E-mail3 addresses. We are running an Exchange 2000
server and my addresses have always been displayed this way. I cannot give
you the steps used to corrupt it because everyone of my clients using Outlook
2003 has it appearing this way. So it is not a single person issue, I believe
that it is a program issue. No matter how I enter a contact I still need to
deal with the E-mail1,2,3 to enter multiple email addresses for a contact. If
I enter the address into the notes area obliviously they are not picked up by
the address book/contacts engines.
The only time I have seen it different was on a Macintosh running Entourage,
this is what brought this subject up, a Mac client switched to PC and wants
the contact email addresses displayed that same as it was on the Mac.

Thanks Again.

Reread my post. I told you how to easily display all email addresses for a
Contact. Use the Outlook Address Book interface. It is designed for easy
selection of recipient address. The Contact Form is not intended for address
selection.
