Add empty "junk mai" folderl icon to outlook 2003
Add an new "customisable" icon like the one for empty "deleted items" folder,

Add empty "junk mai" folderl icon to outlook 2003
No harder than right-click-Empty Deleted Filed Folder, but it is more
convenient having the icon.
