Default Adding Office Standard 2007 to a second computer?

I am unable to find a site to download a second upgrade copy of recently
purchased Office Standard 2007. Can anyone help?

And if you failed to keep an external copy of the installation file,
together with the key, how are you going to reinstall when your PC fails?
