How do I make a Digit grouping symbol in MS Word?
There is no way of doing it with numbers entered from the keyboard in Word,
other than by entering the separator (your digit grouping symbol) from the keyboard as well. If the number is created in some way by a field construction, then there are formatting switches that can be incorporated into the field that will insert the separators when they become relevant. See "Formatting Word fields with switches" on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website at http://www.gmayor.com/formatting_word_fields.htm -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "Vu Quoc Huy" Vu Quoc wrote in message ...
