Ensure that the navigation pane remembers view on closing?
How can you make sure that Folder list stays as the default view for the
navigation pane? At the moment it always defaults to mail view. |

Ensure that the navigation pane remembers view on closing?

With Outlook closed, try deleting or renaming the files %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\outcmd.dat and %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\yourprofilename.xml (where "yourprofilename" is, of course, your mail profile name). Restart Outlook, make your selections, and close it again. See if the view sticks then. -- Brian Tillman |
