layout using continuous page break
am using MS Word 2000 with updates for MS2003, MS2007
I am laying out a political brochure. I want to layout 2 sets on ONE page so each would be 8-1/2 X 5-1/2. I have three lines of copy THEN I start a two column listing. I placed a continuous page break. After the two column listing I have one line of copy across the bottom. It is fine for the first half. HOWEVER, when I try to copy it down to the bottom half, I loose the columns. I tried typing it in, and it gets messed up, too. I am very confused. Help. |

In Page Setup, choose "2 pages per sheet." You'll then have two entirely
separate logical pages on each sheet, and you can format each one just as if it were an actual page. You then need only set it up once. To print two copies on a sheet, enter "1,1" in the Pages box in the Print dialog. -- Suzanne S.
