Every time i open Word i get the above message.

I found this online:

"Select Tools|Add-ins. Amessage should appear asking if you want to remove
the dll from the list or similar. click OK.
If you don't get anything go to the tools menu and select the second last
item. I don't know what it's called in English. Drag the Com-add-ins menu to
te tools menu. Now, select Tools|Com-add-ins. You should get a similar
messag now "

Look in Tools - Add-ins and see if it's there.
