Default "file save as" crashes office 2003 products

Since yesterday, when I am in any of the Office Suite (2003) applications,
when I go to the File Menu and select Save as, and click to navigate to any
folder my system freezes and I get the "not responding" message. I have sent
the error reports back to Microsoft. I have downloaded all the relevant
updates for Windows, Office and my anti-virus software; and the full system
scan I ran this evening is showing no virus, spyware etc.

I would be grateful if anyone could advise me as to what I should do next.
I can copy and rename files in My Computer, which appears to be working fine.

Thanks,

Karen.

My company is a computer consulting group, we've had many customers call us
today with this exact issue. Microsoft better get on this, it's a BIG
problem!

I'm wondering if simply uninstalling HP Share to Web will correct the issue
also? If someone else is reading this, and you are experiencing this issue,
and you don't care about HP's freebie "Share to web" please uninstall it and
see if it works - and reply back.

Thanks!
