Shortcuts Keep Disappearing in Outlook 2003
Sharon, I have the same problem you had with vanishing shortcut groups (only
one group is left on startup - same location as all others) - i followed your thread with Russ but I am accessing my exchange server at work via VPN and am not 100% sure how your prpoeblem was resolved - settin up a new profile seems nervy - any ideas.
