Default Office 2003 agreement won't go away (on Vista)

I've just purchased a new HP computer with Vista installed on it. I have (a
legal) copy of Office (Small Business Edition 2003) which I have installed on
it and registered online. I'm not currently using it on any other computer,
however, everytime I go to use any part of Office - outlook, etc. - the
agreement comes up - I click 'I accept' and it goes away. How can I get it to
stop coming up? I've tried uninstal and reinstall and it still happens.
Any suggestions?
