Same issue. Outlook has not been configured. Mobile 2003 as well. I've
been trying to find a fix through outlook with no avail. With the advent of
the new update giving any sync at all, i'm optomisitic that it won't be long.

on my sidenote, i agree that insulting the users that you're trying to get
help from (since it is a 'beta' as you not so eloquently pointed out, and
part of public release is for customer feedback) is probably not the best
strategy. It's a new system in many ways for all of us. Just trying to make
sure we're not missing something simple. Not complaining. Just trying to
help.

hopefully the answers come soon.

I too am well aware of the risks assiciated with running beta software but I
would still like more information on Outlook configuration in this new
sychronization software as I have experienced the same problem both in the
Office 2003 and 2007 Beta versions. Is it possible that this capability
doesn't yet exist?
I am surprised at the responses from the two 'MVP's. I was under the
impression that this designation was given to people for their courteousness,
helpfulness and their knowledge of the product. I didn't see any evidece of
any of that.
