Default Multiple users calendars in one

I am responsible for 4 other peoples calendars. These four people work
closely together and need to see all of their schedules on one calendar. Is
this possible with Outlook 2003?

Unless you are using an Exc hange server and a public calendar, no.

After furious head scratching, Abby asked:

A followup on this question: If we do have Exchange server 2000 and Public
calendar....how many simultaneous appointments can be made on the calendar?
That is, if I have 12 employee's that I track on the calendar and they all
have appointments for 1pm -3pm, for example, will the calendar take all 12
appointments? If not, is there a way around this issue?

Thanks
CTM

Have a look at the Group Schedules function - you can see many Calendars at
once this way. It's a tiny button in the toolbar - it's a face over the top
of a 1 month calendar.
