word document sharing
I create newsletters for our childcare association. Why is it when I have
finished the document (13 pages in total) and I send it out to another user of Word 2007 so that she can edit the document...she has to re adjust every page so that she can read it. Text boxes are on top of each other, pages are on top of each other when she receives it. She does not receive the document the way I have created it and saved it. I work with a Windows XP operating system, and she has Windows Vista...could this be the problem? -- lora |

Especially given the difference in OS, the two of you are almost certainly
using different printer drivers; see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TextReflow.htm You can do a certain amount to control text flow in a document, but the ultimate solution is for you and your colleague to install the same printer driver (the printer doesn't have to be connected) and select that printer before editing the document. -- Suzanne S.
