Default How do I change the order of the series presented in a chart's Leg

My chart contains Lines for planning data and Bars for the Actual data. In
the Legend I want to the see the two side by side; however, it appears that
Excel wants to put all the Bars first and then the Lines. (Excel 2007)

Excel only lets you reorder series of the same type. You have to keep
bars and lines separate.

Hi,

You can create a legend in the spreadheet, setting it up any way you want
and then you can use the Camera tool to copy the range and paste it to the
chart, removing the buil-in legend. This is not a wonderful solution but it
does work.

I have samples of just that technique.
