Default calendar actions from e-mails

I have migrated from notes to outlook. A feature in notes I found useful was
being able to create a calendar entry from a recieved e-mail via the actions
button. I can't find this as a feature in outlook. Is it in there?

If you have Outlook 2003, you can drag the email from your Inbox on to the
Calendar button on the navigation pane. This opens up a new appointment
window with the email being the body of the appointment.

Any version of Outlook allows you to drag with your left or right mouse
button to the Calendar (or Tasks) folder. This turns the email into a
Calendar item.
