Default Displaying birthdays and anniversaries with dates ?????

I have my anniversaries and birthdays saved in my contacts in Outlook. They
correctly display on the calendar. Here's my question: is there a way to get
Outlook to display the numbers associated with each date? For ex., if I
enter Jane Doe's birthday in my contact as September 2, 1980, the contact
currently displays in the calendar on September 2nd :
Jane Doe's Birthday
I would like it to display:
Jane Doe's 25th Birthday
The same goes for anniversaries. Any way to do this?

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, PrfctGdess asked:
