Default How do I merge Shelby Systems Formated report info to word doc?

Does anyone know how to merge information from the Shelb System selections
and listings formatted report into a word document-I am trying to add a names
to various attenedence sheets as simply as possible for non-shelby users.

there for Shelby techs to reply to.
