Default Rounding up at 4

I believe that, by default, Excel 2002 rounds up at 5.
Example: 24.445 is rounded up to 24.45
How would I go about getting Excel 2002 to round at 4?
Example: 24.444 rounded up to 24.45
Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Try,

=ROUND(A1/0.005,0)*0.005

or with ATP installed

=MROUND(A1,0.005)
