Default how do I reset colour transparency

I inadvertently have changed a colour transparency setting that applies
across various applications e.g. MS Photo Editor, Powerpoint, Word, etc.
How do I undo this setting?

Not sure what you mean. What version of Office? What color? How does the
transparency manifest itself? Is it something in the application appearance,
like the menu bars, or is it something that affects the use of color within
documents in the application(s)? What operating system are you using?
