Unable to Update Free/Busy Information Calendar Issue
I have an attorney running Outlook 2003 sp1. I have shared his personal
calendar to his assistant. She is running Outlook 2002 SP3. When she tries to edit or add a calendar event to his calendar, it gives her the error "Unable to update Free/Busy Data". You can get around this by rebooting her Outlook, but it does not last very long. Within a few seconds to a few mintues, the error will pop up again. Would upgrading her to Outlook 2003 help? I want to be sure before spending the extra money. Not to mention, her co-workers would want the same upgrade wether they need it or not. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. If you live in Dallas and you can help, I will buy you a coffee or something . Also, Does anyone know how to print Someones calendar by the week? |

Okay I have start off with, never let the Attorney use a calendar. Leave it
to the proffesionals. Now I got my lawyer joke out of the way. To Print a calendar differently. Click print not the printer icon. middle of the box left hand side choose a print style. The Free Busy issue: Remove all permission and reconnect the calendar this time using only permissions. Too many problems with delegates. Next make sure you have good connectivity with your exchange server. I am only guessing but since it works then it does not, you might have either a connectivity issue or a server issue. Is she the only one having the problem? If so remove her exchange account and put it back. If you use Pst files run the repair tool. Will Office2003 fix your problem? I call it Office 2002 Sp4. Oh and as for the coffee offer, Make mine iced I live in Florida. "Jim Brittain" wrote: I have an attorney running Outlook 2003 sp1. I have shared his personal calendar to his assistant.
