Default SUMIF with 2 criteria

I am trying to create a formula which will sum a range depending on whether there is a particular code in one column and a number in another column. This is what I have so far:
=SUMIF('Sales'!A21:A130,"C",'Sales'!E21:E130)
I want to add the second criteria IF('Sales'!B21:B130,6,) so that it will sum only if it meets both criteria. I tried nesting the second criteria but I'm definitely doing something wrong.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply but this still won't work - it doesn't return the correct value. I'm not familiar with SUMPRODUCT but isn't it multiplying values?
Thanks, Chris
