Default Insert Row in Table with 2 Columns

I have a simple table that has 2 columns and 4 rows. I am trying to
insert a blank row (both columns included) in between rows 3 and 4. How
can I do this? I have try to right-click in the table and I cant seem
to find an appropriate option.

Thanks,
Roger

You can point your cursor to the left of a row until it
turns into a white arrow, then click to highlight that
row, then choose Table/Insert and Row Above or Row Below.
Or you can turn on your Show/Hide button so that the
little circles at the end of each row are visible, put
your cursor just to the left of the little dot and press
Enter.

Select the row below where you want a new one, right-click, and choose
Insert Rows. If you want more than one row, select the number of rows you
want inserted.
