Document Map
Word 2003: I have a document for which the document map keep on displaying. I
hide the document map, save the document, close it, but when I open the document again, the document map displays again. How do I "permanently" hide the document map?

Document Map
Since the status of the Document Map (hidden or displayed) may be different
