Default Video Paths

I created a power point presentation on a server so several people could
easily work on it from their workstations. When I copied to a notebook the
videos did not work even though I copied the videos to the notebook as well.
All the paths for all the videos (about 50) were listed as
\\servername\videos\videoname.avi and not as expected.

Is there a way to globally change the path for all videos so they will work
on the notebooks? AND how do I create the video paths as relative so this
does not happen in the future?

Thank

It's best to start with the video in the same folder as the presentation and
then insert them.
