number formats default to 2 decimal points when entered so 24 bec.
number formats default to 2 decimal points when entered so 24 becomes 0.24.
A number setting would seem to be the problem but I cannot find anything that can change it at present |

ToolsOptionsEdit, uncheck Fixed decimal
