Default Outlook 2003 Email Blast

Hello, I am trying to find out the best way to send email blasts through
outlook at work. We normally create the image in illustrator convert it to a
jpg and put it in the body of the email. Now, we are running into problems
because we want to add buttons and links so people can register to seminar.
Please help????

You shouldn't use web form elements in an email as you'll find it just won't
work (not just for Outlook). Link them to the signup page instead or attach
an ics-file with details so they can easily add it to their Calendar.
