Default Upgrade to Office 2007 on Terminal server

I have a terminal server with 33 users that connect to it. We are currently
running Office 2003, but need to upgrade to Office 2007. I purchased the
Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 version and Open License. Currently we have
Office 2003 Professional Edition. Can someone tell me if there is an
upgrade path or do I need to remove Office 2003 and then install Office 2007.
Will I need to reconfigure all the users outlook again?

Does Office 2007 just have an install or upgrade selection or is there some
parameters I need to throw at it since it is a terminal server install?

Thanks,

Office 2007 Enterprise has no Upgrade path. You will need to uninstall Office 2003
first. Yes you will need to reconfigure Outlook again or you can leave Outlook 2003
alone and do not uninstall it and use the custom install when installing Office 2007
Enterprise and not selecting Outlook. You can only have 1 instance of Outlook
installed.
