Default Outlook 2007 e-mail message headers download but not message body

This just started. I must have changed some setting but what?

I did. Do you know if there's a setting I can change or should I dump it and
go buy Norton?

At the very least, disable the certification of your incoming and outgoing
messages. You might consider uninistalling it and reinstalling it without
the mail scanning feature. It's completely unneeded.
