Default outgoing comcast mail

I can't send any outgoing mail through comcast. I've checked all my
information and it's correct. I've even tried saying that it requires a
secure connection and that doesn't work either. Comcast says it's not their
problem. I know this has happend with other people but i haven't found
anything that works yet.

Are you running any antivirus or internet security software?

What version of Outlook? Exactly what happens when you try?
