Default Where does the 'Normal.dot(m)' come from

Hi all,

I have a question: whenever I delete my Normal.dot/Normal.dotm, and restart Word, a new Normal.dot(m) is created automatically by Word.
Does anyone know how Word creates this file? And can I configure this creation so it never ever uses Times New Roman / Calibri, but always my own selected font?

Greetz,

Bert
