Publisher 2007
I cannot open Publisher files that were not originally created in Publisher
2007 unless I uninstall Office and reinstall it - then I can open files one or two times before I get the error message "MS Office Publisher has stopped working - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." I have been using Pub 2007 successfully since March 2007, so I don't understand the current problem. |

You shouldn't have to re-install Office to get Publisher to work.
That said, take a look at your printer driver, is it current. Go to the manufacturer's web site and look around for an updated driver. Meanwhile see if selecting a different default printer helps. It is always wise to completely remove a printer driver before installing/reinstalling How to clean up printer drivers http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/CleanPrinterDrivers.htm Have you installed the service pack? -- Mary Sauer http://msauer.mvps.org/ "nicetrp" wrote in message ...
