Default Excel 2007 Reader and Pivot Tables

We are using Excel Services to publish reports that have drilldown pivot
tables. If the end user then saves a local copy from Sharepoint/Excel
Services and only has a the Excel 2007 viewer..... Would they still be able
to navigate the Pivot Table???

Also, what some other pitfalls with Excel 2007 viewer??

Thanks
