Default How to automaticallay update links after file moved to another ser

We would like to move files from one file server to another. Understand all
the links in Excel will be lost. How do we automatically recreate all the
links for all the worksheets from file server A in file server B.
Reason being there are lots of files with lots of links and there is a way
to automate relinking the files then would appreciate help
Thanks

If you are moving an entire directory structure, and people use drive
names (e.g. G to access the directory rather than UNC names (e.g.
\\Server1\MyFiles) then you might not have a problem.

Otherwise I can provide you with a free copy of a prototype Link
Manager utility which will redo the links for you

Email me at Bill_Manville @ compuserve.com (without the spaces) if you
want a copy.
