Default What is this macro?

In every excel file opening, I also found this dialogue. What is it? How
can I delete this?

It increases the file size to twice or triple

Those are not macros. They are what is known as Named Ranges. Search
Excel's Help to learn more about those things.

But in this case, the worksheets or rows/columns with those particular Named
ranges have been deleted at some time. You could go through that entire list
and for any entries that show a #REF error, you could select it and use the
[Delete] option to remove its definition from the workbook.

I suspect that somewhere in the distant past you had a workbook that had
those ranges defined, and other workbooks were based on it, and over time,
the worksheets or cells they referred to were deleted, leaving the name
definition behind, but with nothing to actually refer to.
