Outlook has locked on the enter microsoftexchange server and mail
I have made a mistake configuring my office setup, but I am now unable to get
past the window asking for Microsoft exchange server and mailbox information. I have entered what I believe is the aol MS server and my address but this receives an error messgae saying must be connected to continue. I can not go back before this screen and start again and each time I re-load Outlook I get the same message screen. I have deleted all of office and reinstalled, but still start on the same screen message! Help |

If you are not using Exchange, but a pop/smtp mail system
Use the mail applet in the control panel to; Remove the profile Create a new Profile Set up accounts using pop PS removing/reinstalling OL/Office rarely fixes problems "Tim Moss St A" Tim Moss St wrote in message ...
