I recently updated to OE6. Iam no longer able to use my OE
or any other stationery. I always get an error message
that says unable to create stationery. Why is this
happening and what can I do to resolve this problem?

That sounds suspiciously like a corrupted installation. Did you have an
antivirus program running in the background during your upgrade/install? If
so, you most likely have a corrupted installation. Try method 2 in this KB
article to repair your installation after ensuring that your antivirus
program is disabled prior to the reinstallation:

How to Reinstall or Repair Internet Explorer and Outlook Express in Windows:
http://support.microsoft.com/default...;en-us;Q318378

The method above works for all operating systems except for Windows 95 (even
though it says for Windows XP).
