This PPT FAQ entry should give you all the answers: Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links break when I move or email a presentation http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00155.htm -- David M. Probably you have LINKED the sound to a file on your PC.
You either need to embed the sound (wav or possibly mp3) OR send both the presentation and the sound file. If the latter you need to start again with the sound file in the same folder as the presentation and re insert it. Thanks .. the sound that I put into the file was a wav file .. not sure how
to embed it .. normally I'd just go to add sound and put it where I wanted and that was it .. just moved up to 2003 (I am way behind the times) so this is somewhat new to me .. did it in 2000 without any major prolems. And then delete and reinsert the sound. Changing the setting will impact
future sounds that are inserted, not ones already there. By the way, this hasn't changed from 2000 to 2003. However, you might have adjusted the setting in 2000 many years ago and forgotten so when you upgraded to 2003, the 100KB limit for embedding was set as the default. --David On 12/10/09 12:05 PM, in article , "jpforestier" wrote: Just check that the limit (to incorporate) is set to 50000 Ko instead of 100 (default) "Tom" a écrit dans le message de news: ...
