Default Horizontal Column

I am trying to figure out how to make this query a report: The Query fields
are below:
year, job, job title, YTD Pyrll $, Overst Rev $, Difference $

I want my report to look like this: (I am not good with reports, just the
Wizard)
Year(2001) Year(2002) Year (2003)
JOB/Title
YTD $
REV $
Diff

Then I want to repeat for each job below. The whole purpose is that i want
each year to show up horizontal for each job, not on another page 5 pages
down the road.

Use a multi-column report. This article might help print the labels on the
left
