How do I unlock a worksheet in Excel when I've forgotten the password?

Default I've forgotten the password to unprotect a workbook in Excel.

Google Excel password cracker and you'll find plenty of resources. Rob Bovey
has a free add-in for Excel at AppsPro.com that, among many other options,
will break passwords.
