How to get Newsgroup Messages Back After Deleted?

Suppose you have deleted all the messages in a newsgroup,
how do you reload them?

go the newsgroup and then click the "headers" button on the toolbar. it will
download the number of headers you have set it for.

That won't work if you deleted the local copy of the downloaded
message(s). OE keeps track of the message's ID and won't download it
again. The only way that I know of to redownloaded previously
downloaded messages is to use the maintenance options to erase all
messages and IDs by using Reset.

Right click on the NG name in the folder list and go to Properties | =
Local File and click the reset button followed by the compact button. =
Then go back to the NG and hit refresh.
